The virtual classroom improved my confidence by allowing me to answer questions and give my opinions without feeling shy or being judged...
ReplyDeletethe virtual classroom has enabled me to understand fractions, graphs and trigs alot better.
ReplyDeletei would definitely recommend the classroom to other students..it is really helpful. it is not question and answer only but we are able to relate our views with other students on the blog..
ReplyDeletei felt included when i answered questions because i was able to give my opinions and know that someone would be reading it!!!!
ReplyDeletei was able to use the blog at 8 in the morning or 11 at night. i could use it when i was most comfortable(at home)
ReplyDeleteit was sometimes difficult to explain an answer because i may have the answer in head but to put it into words was sometimes hard.
ReplyDeleteIt felt good helping someone or correcting an error not only because i knew the correct thing but i was able to help someone understand or stop them from repeating the error.
ReplyDeletei felt included most of the time during the course but sometimes i got lost and felt isolated!!!
ReplyDeleteIt was useful answering a question at anytime because sometimes i needed to do some research or review topics before i could answer a question

ReplyDeleteThe use of blogs as class offered me the confidence to ask questions and answer along with the ablitiy to speak my thought without feeling as if it was all wrong .which is something i tend to do alot.

ReplyDeleteby using this virual classroom it seemed like the answers or the understanding of the question was always readily available i like to read the comments, espeacially after doing some questions alone at home.

ReplyDeletecorrecting someone also correcting ur self. making a mistake is nothing to be embarrased about (ce la vive) and to err is human. this blog is an indepth way of thinking. whatever is inside must come out but careful thought must be put into wat is said so that others may understand.

i didnt even have to really ask a question some time the comments to the given questions were enough to help solve questions.
ReplyDeletethe virtual classroom helped me ALOT in maths....at the beginning of the semester when i saw the syllabus i kept thinking im going to do bad. then i started using the blog an i learnt...from what other people were explaining on the blog i began to understand better. i shocked myself when i received the results from our quiz =D

ReplyDeletethis virtual class i guess made it easy for alot of us it had times i only had chance to copy the questions and do it at home and yes it helped me
ReplyDeletethe opportunity which was of a great effect was the confidentiality of this class,one can share the points freely without any one else know who they are,this was a great idea especially for the shy ones like myself.

ReplyDeletei used to be one of the students who did not like maths until i realise that without maths how am i going to survive the industry,thanks mom for letting me know that as an engineer maths is every thing,the inspiration i got made me like maths now and as u always say maths is life.

ReplyDeleteof course i would recoommend for a student to use the blog. the student can gives his/her opinion on a question and attempt it without being judged.
ReplyDeleteyes the flexibility of using the blog any any time was significant to me. in that way if i really can't use the school computer, fortunately i can use it at home. or it can be sated the other way around. time is diffficult to find when you got alot to do so when there is free time, the blog it is!

ReplyDeleteusing anonymous was helpful. i couldn't expressed my thoughts without being bothered that the other students were crical about them. and they haven't been on the blog and i didn't think they would have but its a sense of security.
